Below is a list of the most common questions that we get asked. We answer questions about sizing, discounts, and slipper care.

We stock sizes UK 3-8 in most of our slippers. Additionally, some of our slippers fit multiple sizes, e.g. 5-6 and 7-8. If in doubt, size up!

Additionally, we offer free shipping over £50 for all UK orders. This discount is automatically added at checkout when your order exceeds £50.

You are able to make changes to your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, we are unable to make any amendments.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, so please ensure that it is correct before checking out.

For washing our slippers, we recommend handwashing only, in order to give them a gentle wash. For more in-depth information on how to keep your slippers clean, and to prevent them from smelling, please see our dedicated blog post here.

Our slippers can be worn outside, but we recommend that you keep your slippers as either indoor or outdoor slippers for hygiene reasons. Our slippers have a waterproof rubber sole, so they are suitable for outdoor use, but any overhanging material from the upper slipper can get wet or dirty.

Your order will take 1 working day to be processed. After this time, you can expect your package to arrive as follows:

UK: 2-3 working days
EUROPE: 3-5 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 6-7 working days

We ship worldwide.

We dispatch from the UK. Depending on your location, you may have to pay taxes or duties when your order reaches customs. Please check your local tax and duties regulations prior to ordering to avoid any surprise charges – we are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. 

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

You will receive an email with a tracking number or link once your order has been dispatched. This can be used to track the process of your order, from when it leaves our warehouse to when it reaches your delivery address.

Please check your tracking information regularly in case of any delivery issues.
